THE "WEDDINGS AND EMOTIONS IN VERONA" PRODUCT CLUB

In the spring of 2009, the Demographic Services Department of the Verona City Council had the idea of opening the doors of Juliet’s House to wedding ceremonies: this initiative, which attracted much attention in the Italian and international press, gives lovers from all over the world who decide to organize in Verona the most important event in their love story the chance to relive the romantic tale of Romeo and Juliet.
This splendid initiative by the Verona City authorities very soon highlighted the need for professional skills to organize such uniquely important events.
It is not easy, especially for anyone coming from outside Italy, to find one’s way through our country’s complex bureaucratic machinery: even Italian couples can sometimes be overcome by the tension of organizing everything, which risks overshadowing the true essence of the ceremony,and taking all the pleasure out of looking forward to the big day.
Organizing a wedding takes time and energy, and these days the pressures of work make it difficult to reconcile day-to-day commitments with the many tasks and responsibilities involved in the organization of a wedding ceremony.
The need was felt therefore to bring together the finest professionals from the wedding planning sector in a “Product Club” designed to provide prospective  spouses with a customized service, answer all their questions, take care of all the details and solve even the most minor problems before they arise.
And so among the members of the Verona Tuttintorno Tourist Promotion Consortium the Weddings & Emotions in Verona Project was born.
The members of Weddings & Emotions in Verona are all market leaders in their respective fields and have been operating for many years in Verona and its province. Fully aware of the sensitivity with which such special occasions have to be organized, they have signed a “Code of Ethics” whereby they make a commitment to their clients and to the consortium members to see the ceremony through to its conclusion.

Code of Ethics:

1. welcome all couples to the best of their abilities, in accordance with Italian law, without any discrimination on grounds of nationality, language, physical condition, class or political or religious beliefs;
2. place the clients at the centre of the service offered, paying the utmost attention to what they have to say;
3. sign with them written and recorded agreements, establish reasonable charges for the services offered and provide clients with written cost estimates;
4. resolve any problems arising from language or cultural differences as well as any other problems of a practical, logistic or organizational nature;
5. always advise and offer excellent services, worthy of the importance of the occasion, according to principles of honesty and propriety, with timely and efficient service;
6. guarantee the utmost confidentiality for the entire duration of the agreement signed;
